(1)
The court, when it makes an order of discharge or at any earlier time, may prohibit the bankrupt after discharge from doing any or all of the following things without the court’s permission:
entering into, carrying on, or taking part in the management or control of any business or class of business:
being a director of any company:
directly or indirectly being concerned, or taking part, in the management of any company:
being employed by a relative of the bankrupt:
being employed by a company, trust, trustee, or incorporated society that is managed or controlled by a relative of the bankrupt.
(2)
The court may—
prohibit the bankrupt for a specified period, or without a time limit:
at any time vary or cancel the prohibition.
