(1)
The responsible Minister of an autonomous Crown entity may direct the entity to have regard to a government policy that relates to the entity’s functions and objectives.
(2)
Sections 114 and 115 apply to the direction.
(3)
A responsible Minister of an autonomous Crown entity may not direct the entity to give effect to a government policy unless specifically provided in another Act.
